Notice that within the Sex Cases there is
Penal Code Section 647, 647.6,
this is the only Charge listed within the numerous,
Sex Charges that refer to "Molest", and yet after looking
into this Charge, it is not necessary for the actual event to even have physical contact.
after learning this, I found it rather irritating that they would make reference to every Hideous Crime against a child
from Rape to Sodomy and always call the suspect a
Child Molester, when in fact a
Child Molester does not have to have Physical contact.
